   Very good information throughout guides good answers and provides good knoweledge must be read to GUIDE not used to copy

   i am completely over the moon with how useful this reference book is, as i have just started my nvq level 3 course. i m sure that it will be an invaluable “tool” throughout my studies as it is clearly written, no gobbledegook! hopefully, all potential candidates will read this and do the same s i have, especially as buying it “over the counter” can cause problems with the lower
   -paid like myself. go for it!
